Fred Levitt

Since first opening his law office in Etobicoke, Ontario in 1966, Fred Levitt has focused primarily in real estate, wills and estates, corporate law and small business law.

Highly experienced in drafting wills, trusts, powers of attorney, living wills, discretionary trusts and other estate planning documents, Fred helps make the process simple to understand and manageable to implement.

Fred graduated from the University of Toronto in 1961, and Osgoode Hall Law School in 1964. He has wide-ranging experience in assisting his clients with their personal and business affairs.

Fred is a life member of the Baycrest Hospital Men's Group, an organization serving seniors. He is also a past member of the Board of Directors of the Reena Foundation, an organization for mentally challenged youth and adults. Until recently he was a director of Etobicoke Services for Seniors.

Fred has joined with other community-minded experts in offering retirement planning seminars for people who are looking for advice in planning a well-ordered and comfortable future. Fred Levitt is a member of the Canadian Bar Association, the Ontario Bar Association and the Law Society of Upper Canada.
